1. Order Processing (Handling Time)
- Order Cut-off Time: 18:00 (CET), Monday to Friday.
- Handling Time: Orders are typically processed, quality-checked, and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Orders placed after 18:00 on Friday or during the weekend/public holidays will be processed starting the following business day.
2. Transit & Delivery Time
Once your order has been dispatched from our facility, the estimated transit time is:
- Transit Time: 5–7 business days.
- Total Estimated Delivery: 6–9 business days from the moment of purchase.
- Please note: Deliveries are made on business days only (Monday to Friday). During peak seasonal periods or National Holidays in the Netherlands or Belgium, minor delays may occur.
3. Shipping Costs
We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across The Netherlands and Belgium. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay—there are no hidden handling fees or surcharges.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been handed over to our couriers (such as PostNL, DHL, or Bpost), you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this link to monitor your parcel's journey in real-time.
5. Delivery Constraints
- We ship exclusively within The Netherlands and Belgium.
- We currently do not deliver to PO Boxes or automated parcel lockers.
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Saocos cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
6. Address Changes & Cancellations
- Address Changes: If you notice an error in your address, please contact us at info@saocos.com immediately. We can only amend details before the order enters the "Processing" stage.
- Cancellations: You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order. After this window, the order may have already been dispatched, in which case it must be treated as a return.
7. Customs & Taxes
Since Saocos ships within the European Union (The Netherlands and Belgium), no customs duties or import taxes apply to your order. All prices include applicable VAT.
